A warm welcome awaits you at the Smugglers Rest. The Smugglers Rest is an eight bedroomed Guest house which is in the town centre of Newquay. We are centrally positioned from the local beaches, bus and train station which are only a short walking distance away.

There is plenty to do locally, Playing golf, sea fishing off the beach or rocks, or deep sea fishing, full or half day trips available from the harbour booking offices, coarse fishing for tench, bream or catfish or hunt the specimen carp at a few location within 5 miles of Newquay. If none of these take your fancy just laze on one of Newquay golden beaches, or take to the cliff tops and walk the coastal footpaths all of which have splendid scenery and views.

If its the night life your after, there are numerous pubs, clubs and theme bars. All within a short walking distance.

The Guest house facilities. All rooms have private facilities, six are full en-suite (WC, washbasin, shower), the remaining two rooms have (showers and washbasin only), Some have sea views. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, and colour televisions. There is a well stocked licensed bar, television lounge, dining room, and free parking for your car in our private car park.

There is no night-time curfew, you have access to your rooms at all times with you own room key. We take families, couples, and group bookings (Stag and Hen) nights by prior arrangement.
